Use Google Advanced Search to look for sources by user rights.

Instruction Materials

Open Education Resource (OER) databases provide access to teaching materials that can be reused and remixed under Creative Commons licenses. 

Open Access Journals

Open access (OA) journals are free for anyone to read without a subscription. Many apply Creative Commons licenses to their content.
